  Ancestry 'Blizzard' family tree says he immigrated in 1874 with his brother George, but I have found a record showing that he immigrated in 1884 along with John McLoghry (son of Letitia Allen & William McLoghry), Stuart Allen (son of Thomas & Jane & brother of Mary/Polly Allen who married Robert's brother, John Frederick) and John Allen (not sure who he belongs to yet). There was one other "Allen" on that manifest, but I cannot make out the first name - looks something like
