I found a note (author unknown) that said Fred and Huldah raised Roy Beemer, son of Jack and Sophie.
Per Mary (McLean) Allen-Fred and Huldah (Beemer), sister of Benjamin Beemer, and they settled in Patton Township on the farm on the south side of Chublow Lake Road across from the old Dougal McLachan farm. They adopted one daughter, Hilda Catherine Moore who married Bob Grey from Sault Ste Marie.Fred sold the farm to a mining company about 1929 or 1930 and they moved to the Soo (Albert Street). Fred worked at Algoma Steel in the Machine Shop. He died in Sault Ste Marie and Huldah moved to Toronto where she lived until she died. Her daughter, Hilda (Mrs Bob Grey) and her husband had moved to Toronto and had no family.
