Notes - Per Lauree (Allen) Boulton, John & Charlie were millwrights and they built mills in Port Alberni, B.C.; "they were all strapping big men and handsome. They were all redheads except Martin & Joe."
- Per Lois: Jack and his wife separated and he never saw his daughter again after she was 5 years old. He never got a divorce. He lived his entire life in bunkhouses at the mills.
